Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms govern the use of our assessment screening services.

Services Description:

Service 1: Providing assessment screening services for your hiring needs.

Service 2: Providing comprehensive assessment services designed to evaluate employee performance, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.

Service 3: Offering assessment services for consumers to conduct self-evaluation and profiling.

Termination: (Applicable to Service 2). For Service 2, the service agreement shall commence upon payment and continue until the services are completed. Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.

For Service 1 and 3, Termination Clause is not applicable.

Limitations of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
