Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and are only eligible if the service was not delivered as promised.

Direct to consumer services: Services such as, but not limited to, relaunchmenow.com. All reports viewed are final sale and non-refundable after assessment services have been accessed.
